Transform Counselling UK
'Transform Counselling UK' is a Worcester based counselling service for adults. I offer in-person sessions from the city centre; online and telephone sessions are also available.
My work is person-centred and provides clients with a safe space to share their struggles without judgement. I can work with most issues brought to the counselling space but have a particular interest in peri/menopause, domestic abuse, ADHD and relational work. I am neurodiverse aware and welcome people from all communities, including LGBTQIA+.

NCT Worcester and Droitwich
The NCT provides a variety of support for parents from pregnancy through to early parenthood, including a weekly Baby Cafe. They also host Walk & Talk groups across Worcestershire for parents with prams or carriers, alongside a Welly Library that allows families to borrow and swap children's boots.
Becoming Families
As Worcestershire’s only local charity dedicated to the first 1,001 days of life, Becoming Families nurtures and supports parents from pregnancy until a child reaches two years old. Since 2012, they have delivered exceptional pregnancy and postnatal services that prioritise emotional wellness, facilitated by experts.
